The HY-15 DNA/RNA Oligo Synthesizer is a high-performance instrument
designed for efficient and flexible DNA and RNA synthesis. Featuring eight
independent synthesis columns, the HY-15 allows users to pause individual
columns during the synthesis process and selectively cancel or add synthesis
as needed.
With versatile amidite and reagent bottle configurations, the system supports
both universal and standard CPGs and offers a variable synthesis scale
of up to 10 µmol. Optional online trityl monitoring is available for
all columns, ensuring precise, high-fidelity synthesis.
Fully programmable, the HY-15 supports mixed-base synthesis and automated
antisense oligonucleotide synthesis, delivering simultaneous, short-cycle
operation across all columns with minimal reagent consumption. Compact and
user-friendly, it is optimized for the synthesis of long-chain, high-purity
oligonucleotides, making it ideal for modern laboratory environments.
