How to order

Thank you for choosing Apostle products. There are three ways to place an order:

1. Quick online order

You can directly place an order online at our web site https://apostlebio.com. You can choose to pay for the order using a credit card, or choose to pay for the order later using a bank transfer (bank information is provided during the checkout).

For tax-exempt customers:

Please provide us with your tax exempt certificate at: support@apostlebio.com

After our support team receives and verifies the tax exempt certificate, your online account will be added the tax exempt status and you will be able to place online order normally.

For online shipping cost estimate:

We commonly ship with FedEx. Due to the complexity of the different weights and dimensions of different products and their combinations, our online shipping cost estimate may not be entirely accurate. If our online shipping estimate is less than the actual FedEx shipping cost, we will not charge you more than the online shipping cost estimate. However, if you think the online shipping cost estimate is more than the actual shipping cost, please contact our support team: support@apostlebio.com and they will help you get the accurate shipping cost and place the order through a PO (purchase order).

2. Order using a PO

You can contact our sales and support department and send us a PO (purchase order) to place an order. Our sales and support department can be reached by email: support@apostlebio.com or phone: 1-888-305-3218 (M-F: 9:00AM - 6:00PM PT). More contact information can be found here.

For tax-exempt customers:

Please provide us with your tax exempt certificate with your PO if it is the first time you order with us.

3. Order through a distributor

You can place an order through one of our distributors. Please note not all of our products may be available at a distributor.
